Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of private clients, understanding their financial goals and risk profiles.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to identify suitable wealth management and protection solutions offered by HSBC Life.
- Present and recommend customized financial plans encompassing life insurance, investment-linked policies, and other wealth accumulation products.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the private client segment, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and regulatory changes within the financial services industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams and specialists to deliver holistic financial advice and solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to all compliance, regulatory, and ethical standards set by the company and industry bodies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and advisory skills.
Qualifications
- Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) is a mandatory requirement.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (for fresh graduates).
- Proven sales track record or a strong aptitude for sales and client acquisition (for mid-career professionals).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with affluent clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Possess or be willing to obtain relevant financial advisory licenses (e.g., CMFAS modules M5, M9, M9A, HI) within a stipulated timeframe.
- Strong understanding of financial products, wealth management principles, and the Singapore financial market.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
