Cobden and Carter International is seeking a dynamic Head of Technology and Third-Party Risk to spearhead our risk governance initiatives in the Banking & Financial Services sector.
In this high-impact role, you will design, implement, and oversee enterprise-wide risk strategies to mitigate technology and vendor-related threats. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards while driving operational resilience. Based in Bali, this position offers a competitive salary of ₱220,000 – ₱260,000 per month and the opportunity to shape the future of risk management in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibility
- Develop and enforce Technology Risk Management (TRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Lead risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews for technology infrastructure and third-party vendors.
- Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Procurement teams to mitigate risks associated with digital transformation and vendor partnerships.
- Design and deliver risk awareness training programs for stakeholders at all levels.
- Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and third-party vulnerabilities, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Oversee due diligence processes for new vendors and ongoing performance evaluations.
- Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Drive continuous improvement in risk management processes through innovation and automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related fields; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISM, CRISC, CTPRP) are a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in technology risk, third-party risk, or cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, BSP guidelines).
- Proven expertise in conducting risk assessments, vendor audits, and compliance reviews.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex risk data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the Banking & Financial Services sector is highly preferred.
- Willingness to relocate or work remotely from Bali, Indonesia.
