Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies tailored to clients’ financial objectives, risk tolerance, and life stages.
- Conduct in-depth financial assessments to identify client needs, including investment planning, retirement solutions, tax optimization, and estate planning.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, trust, and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., investment advisors, tax specialists, legal experts) to deliver integrated financial solutions.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and financial products to provide up-to-date, compliant advice.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and proposals to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their goals.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, referrals, and upselling services to existing clients.
- Mentor junior team members (for Senior role) and contribute to team training and development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. CFP, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or private banking (Senior role may require 5+ years).
- Proven track record of managing high-net-worth client portfolios and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of investment products, tax laws, and estate planning in the Indonesian or international market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights for clients.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro) and Microsoft Office Suite.
