Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily unit operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance unit performance and meet business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive operational excellence.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal financial standards while mitigating risks.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and executing process optimizations.
- Represent the unit in stakeholder meetings and act as a liaison between senior management and team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and achieving performance targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and engage with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
