Responsibility
- Process daily cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Manage and reconcile cash registers, ensuring all transactions are recorded and balanced at the end of each shift.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports to the finance department for review and auditing.
- Assist in bank deposits and withdrawals, maintaining accurate records of all banking activities.
- Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling cash transactions professionally and addressing customer inquiries related to payments.
- Monitor cash flow and alert management of any irregularities or potential issues in cash handling.
- Support the treasury team in managing petty cash and other financial tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cashiering, finance, or treasury roles, preferably in a corporate or retail environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Proficiency in using cash registers, POS systems, and basic accounting software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards related to cash handling and banking.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in finance or accounting is a plus.
