Responsibility
- Proactively engage with existing and potential customers to identify their financial goals and investment needs.
- Promote a wide range of wealth management products, including unit trusts, insurance, and dual-currency investments.
- Conduct professional financial reviews and provide tailored wealth advisory services to clients.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal branch teams to cross-sell banking products and achieve regional sales targets.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on economic market conditions and regulatory changes.
- Ensure compliance with all internal bank policies and external regulatory requirements in every transaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates (0-2 years of experience) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine hunger for sales and business development success.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Possess a keen interest in the financial markets and wealth management industry.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional dialects (Hokkien/Cantonese) is an added advantage.
