Responsibility
- Administer and process warranty claims in accordance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Review, verify, and validate warranty documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with customers, dealerships, and manufacturers to resolve warranty-related inquiries and disputes.
- Monitor and track warranty claims to ensure timely processing and resolution.
- Analyze warranty data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations on warranty performance, metrics, and key insights for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline warranty processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of warranty policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warranty administration, automotive after-sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of warranty processes, claims management, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with warranty management software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
