Responsibility
- Perform accurate inventory counts and generate detailed reports to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and ready for delivery.
- Assist with the handling and movement of products within the warehouse, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to the warehouse supervisor promptly.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory accurately.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team.
