Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Liaise with transportation and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory turnover, and operational metrics.
- Resolve any operational issues or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on employee development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
