Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime during peak season.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and equipment operation is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
