Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve KPIs and operational targets.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, maintaining a hazard-free work environment.
- Optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency to reduce costs and improve productivity.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
