Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to meet performance targets and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and resolve discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance, including KPIs, productivity metrics, and incident logs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to equipment, systems, or personnel and propose actionable solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
