Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Implement and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Resolve operational issues and address team concerns to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse supervision, logistics, or inventory management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking tools.
- Familiarity with FDAS project requirements and logistics best practices is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed to meet operational demands.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
