Responsibility
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of finished goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement cycle counting procedures to maintain 99%+ accuracy in stock records.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to align warehouse activities with company goals and customer demands.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics.
- Coordinate with transportation providers to optimize delivery schedules and minimize lead times for customer orders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in the manufacturing, automotive, or logistics industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, 5S methodology, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is advantageous.
