Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and document validation and verification protocols for manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Conduct calibration activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including validation reports, SOPs, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and regulatory adherence.
- Perform risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate potential issues.
- Support audits and inspections by regulatory bodies, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
- Train and mentor junior staff on validation procedures and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in validation engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in validation engineering, preferably in the healthcare or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in calibration tools, validation software, and technical documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in validation or quality assurance is a plus.
- Familiarity with risk management and audit processes.
