Responsibility
- Monitor and verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly documented.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision to meet delivery deadlines and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to prevent discrepancies and ensure inventory records are up-to-date.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas, including labeling, shelving, and arranging products for easy access and retrieval.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently to move and store goods.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks, verifying shipment contents against purchase orders or invoices.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any inventory discrepancies or fulfillment issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or inventory experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers and data.
- Physical stamina to lift and move items weighing up to 20-25 kg, and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems or data entry (training provided).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) consistently.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and willingness to comply with all company policies.
