Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and continuous production processes.
- Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
- Assist in the assembly, packaging, and labeling of products according to specified guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Troubleshoot minor issues with production equipment and report any major malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in production.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience as a Production Operator or in a similar role within manufacturing or logistics is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating production machinery and equipment is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic understanding of quality control processes and safety protocols in a production environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 15 kg).
