Responsibility
- Sort, organize, and prepare warehouse inventory for shipping or storage with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Verify and record incoming/outgoing shipments against purchase orders or invoices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sorting and dispatch targets.
- Assist in loading/unloading deliveries and transporting goods within the facility.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or inventory shortages to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to company protocols for handling aerospace and logistics materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift/move items up to 25kg and stand for extended periods.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or handheld scanners is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work shifts (if applicable) and adapt to operational demands.
- No formal certification required—on-the-job training provided.
