Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain organized inventory by labeling, stocking, and rotating products as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to load/unload trucks and manage space utilization.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and update records.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 25 kg safely.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (training provided for certified machinery).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
