Responsibility
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of warehouse floors, shelves, and storage areas during the PM shift.
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, sweepers, and pressure washers.
- Inspect warehouse facilities for cleanliness, safety hazards, and compliance with company standards.
- Dispose of waste materials and recycling in accordance with environmental and company policies.
- Restock and organize cleaning supplies and ensure all custodial equipment is maintained in working order.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down workstations for night shift operations as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the warehouse supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in custodial, janitorial, or warehouse maintenance roles.
- Ability to work night shifts (PM) with a flexible schedule as required.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 25 kg, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment is a plus.
