Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping using warehouse management systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Implement and maintain safety, security, and hygiene standards within the warehouse.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to logistics and warehousing.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize inventory turnover and reduce holding costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards in logistics and warehousing.
