Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming inventory with accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while ensuring quality control.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Label and store inventory in designated locations using warehouse management systems.
- Assist in conducting regular stock takes and inventory audits.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20-25 kg regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory tracking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, or night).
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
