Responsibility
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Assist in the receiving, inspecting, and logging of incoming parts shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare parts for order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers or internal departments.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move and store inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
- Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with parts inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and generate reports as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (assistance may be provided for heavier items).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Familiarity with automotive parts or a willingness to learn is highly advantageous.
- Certification in forklift operation or warehouse safety is a plus.
