Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of automotive parts and accessories against purchase orders and invoices.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas (warehouse, stockroom, or yard) using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
- Pick, pack, and issue parts to internal departments or external clients with 100% accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free warehouse environment adhering to 5S standards.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, generate reports, and process transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or parts distribution (automotive industry preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts and terminology is advantageous.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform repetitive motions (bending, lifting, standing for extended periods).
- Forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain one.
