Responsibility
- Accurately pick, pack, and label electronic components and server parts for shipment.
- Operate production machinery and tools in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet company specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to optimize productivity.
- Follow inventory control procedures, including stock rotation and cycle counting.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and packaging targets.
- Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent; no prior experience required (training provided).
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20-25 kg.
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable) and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with warehouse or manufacturing environments is a plus.
