Responsibility
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) and packing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality, quantity, and packaging integrity before dispatch.
- Maintain organized inventory by labeling, sorting, and storing materials in designated areas.
- Follow strict safety protocols and adhere to aerospace industry compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in loading/unloading deliveries and verifying shipment documentation.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or supply shortages to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics/warehouse operations is a plus.
- Prior experience in warehouse packing, order fulfillment, or logistics (aerospace industry experience is advantageous).
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20-25 kg with or without assistance.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., inventory systems, scanners) and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO) is preferred.
- Willingness to work full-time shifts (day/evening) as scheduled.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
