Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate packing equipment, including sealers, labelers, and scanners, with proper training.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to comply with safety and efficiency protocols.
- Meet daily packing quotas and productivity targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline packing processes and improve workflow.
- Follow inventory control procedures, including tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
Qualifications
- Ability to start work immediately and commit to a 1-2 month contract.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move items (up to 20-25 kg) for extended periods.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills to read order sheets and labels accurately.
- Attention to detail to ensure error-free packing and minimal waste.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- No formal education required; on-the-job training provided.
- Prior warehouse or packing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to follow company policies and maintain a positive attitude.
