Responsibility
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using advanced warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and local regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize shipment schedules and reduce transit times.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Oversee the proper handling and storage of temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse workflows.
- Familiarity with GDP guidelines and pharmaceutical logistics regulations.
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg and work in varying warehouse conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics is a plus.
