Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize transportation schedules, delivery routes, and shipment tracking.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high productivity, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols, including proper handling of equipment, hazardous materials, and emergency procedures.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics (e.g., order accuracy, fulfillment time, inventory turnover) and report on KPIs to management.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to forecast demand, manage stock levels, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of managing warehouse teams, inventory systems, and logistics coordination.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations, including OSHA standards and local Indonesian labor laws.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
