Responsibility
- Source and procure materials, goods, and services to meet company requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure reliable supply chains.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to optimize procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all purchasing activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchaser or in a similar procurement role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
