Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and optimize resource utilization.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address potential issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall productivity.
- Prepare and submit production reports, including performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
