As our Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor, you will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of high-quality ingredients and materials that define the Nagi Ramen experience. Responsibility
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Manage inventory control systems, conduct regular stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Lead and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of efficiency, safety, and teamwork.
- Coordinate with procurement and F&B teams to forecast demand and align logistics with business needs.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling perishable and non-perishable goods in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve workflow and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g., order accuracy, turnaround time, inventory turnover).
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers to ensure cost-effective and reliable transportation of goods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000) and local regulations for F&B logistics.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform duties in a warehouse setting (lifting, standing for extended periods).
