As a key member of our logistics team, you will oversee the end-to-end flow of goods—from receipt and storage to distribution—while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and compliance. Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to optimize logistics workflows and minimize delays.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and conduct regular stock audits.
- Implement and enforce safety, security, and compliance protocols in alignment with company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor warehouse capacity and organize storage layouts to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
- Resolve discrepancies in shipments or inventory and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare and present performance reports, including KPIs on inventory turnover, order accuracy, and operational costs.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and adherence to SOPs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or custom WMS) and generate data-driven reports.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience supervising warehouse personnel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
