Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Process work orders, issue materials, and manage returns with meticulous accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels match system records.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Implement and maintain organizational systems to optimize space and workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to fulfill material requests promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Generate reports on inventory transactions, discrepancies, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to manage inventory systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) and perform data entry with high accuracy.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on productivity and morale.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or logistics environments and standard warehouse procedures.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items (up to 25 kg) and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory software.
- Fluent in English; additional knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
