Responsibility
- Manage receiving and inspection of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance with inventory standards.
- Perform inventory handling, including labeling, sorting, and storing materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Process order fulfillment requests efficiently, picking, packing, and preparing shipments for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate fuel accounting records and reconcile discrepancies in stock levels.
- Conduct regular warehouse housekeeping, including organizing storage areas and ensuring a safe, clutter-free environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in accordance with company protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Generate reports on inventory status, stock movements, and warehouse performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, ERP software).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of fuel accounting or hazardous materials handling is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in warehouse settings (e.g., PPE usage, equipment safety).
- Willingness to commit to a 6-month contract with potential for extension based on performance.
