Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using advanced warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Coordinate and supervise inbound and outbound stock movements, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure data integrity and minimize discrepancies.
- Verify loading and unloading processes to prevent errors, damages, or losses during transportation.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all warehouse activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with barcode scanning, RFID technologies, and inventory tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
