Responsibility
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Stack and organize palletized goods in designated storage areas, optimizing space utilization.
- Assist in inventory management by accurately recording stock movements and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to meet daily shipping and receiving deadlines.
- Adhere to all workplace safety protocols, including PPE usage and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and improve productivity.
- Operate within a fast-paced setting while ensuring precision and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA/ISO standards.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Basic English proficiency for communication with team members and supervisors.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including alternate Saturdays).
- Prior experience in manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries is a plus.
