Responsibility
- Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching parts.
- Learn and apply bar code scanning techniques for accurate inventory tracking.
- Group and organize parts according to established procedures to optimize storage space.
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Assist in preparing shipments and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Participate in training sessions to understand warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives under supervision.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations or inventory management is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move items as needed (training provided).
