Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain inventory by labeling, sorting, and storing materials in designated areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanners.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company safety protocols.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily warehouse targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role (entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply).
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs) safely.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and equipment handling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and teamwork-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime or weekends.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage.
