Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
- Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and processes to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve scalability.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, turnaround time, inventory turnover) to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve bottlenecks and enhance end-to-end supply chain performance.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) and automation tools to streamline operations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in all warehouse activities.
- Develop and execute contingency plans to mitigate risks such as stockouts, delays, or system failures.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 20+ staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software; familiarity with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly desirable.
- Certifications in logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) or Six Sigma/Lean methodologies are advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed to support operational demands.
