Responsibility
- Interpret and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and customer measurements for custom shower door systems.
- Prepare detailed breakdowns of glass dimensions, hardware requirements, and installation specifications.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of custom glass solutions.
- Identify potential issues in measurements or designs and propose corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation of breakdowns, revisions, and customer communications for reference.
- Assist in troubleshooting installation challenges by reviewing breakdown data and providing technical support.
- Stay updated on industry standards, materials, and techniques related to glass fabrication and installation.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in breakdown preparation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical roles within manufacturing, construction, or glass industries.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, or CAD designs.
- Strong mathematical and spatial reasoning skills for accurate measurement analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precise specifications.
- Familiarity with glass fabrication processes, hardware components, and installation methods is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic technical software.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
