Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, adhering to safety and efficiency standards.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule deliveries and dispatch goods.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and reporting issues to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, storekeeping, or logistics.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) is a plus; certification is advantageous.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required) and adapt to operational needs.
