Responsibility
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate inventory management by scanning, labeling, and tracking medical supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to prevent accidents and damage.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to fulfill orders and meet delivery deadlines for healthcare facilities.
- Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on forklifts and warehouse tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and distributing medical supplies in compliance with government regulations.
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize warehouse workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts or similar warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA standards.
- Ability to read and interpret inventory documents, shipping labels, and safety guidelines.
- Physical fitness to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when required.
