Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise all export container movements to ensure on-time shipment and delivery.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Liaise with shipping agents, customs brokers, and transport providers to facilitate smooth export processes.
- Ensure compliance with international export regulations, documentation, and quality standards.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and implement efficient storage solutions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse productivity and export turnaround times.
- Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to align warehouse activities with business demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in export-oriented industries.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, customs regulations, and shipping documentation.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cocoa or agricultural product handling is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
