As a Warehouse Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods between warehouses, distribution centers, and client locations. Responsibility
- Operate company vehicles (trucks, vans, or forklifts) to transport goods between warehouses, distribution centers, and client sites.
- Ensure all deliveries and pickups are completed on schedule while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to verify roadworthiness and report any mechanical issues.
- Load and unload cargo safely, using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance records.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to verify shipment accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Follow established routes and adjust as necessary to optimize efficiency and avoid delays.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, punctuality, and customer service in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with operating medium to heavy-duty vehicles (e.g., trucks, delivery vans).
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) as required.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
