Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits of products, processes, and systems to identify defects or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product performance.
- Analyze quality data and trends to generate reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations for non-conformities and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with ISO and other relevant certifications.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software (e.g., SPC, Minitab).
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., CQA, CQE) is a plus.
