Responsibility
- Coordinate and process all outgoing shipments to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of products to customers worldwide
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and sales teams to align shipping schedules with business demands
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists
- Negotiate and manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics service providers
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any delays or issues to maintain customer satisfaction
- Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce costs while maintaining service quality
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmations
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies
- Conduct regular inventory checks to verify stock levels and prevent shipping discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements
- Proficient in using logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of shipping operations
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and resolve logistics challenges
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Bali's logistics landscape and local transportation networks is an advantage
