Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to secure high-quality materials and services at competitive prices.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, evaluate their reliability, and assess cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical procurement practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, logistics, production) to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports, including cost comparisons, supplier performance, and spend analytics.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and escalate issues to management with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or procurement software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Knowledge of inventory management, demand forecasting, and procurement best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
