Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of supply planners to achieve KPIs for service levels, inventory turns, and cost efficiency.
- Develop and execute strategic supply planning processes to align production, procurement, and logistics with demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with demand planning, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Implement advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP, ERP) to enhance visibility and automation in supply chain workflows.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, lead times, and supplier performance to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce waste.
- Prepare and present data-driven reports to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability standards in all supply planning activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or inventory management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in supply chain software (SAP IBP, Oracle, JDA, or similar) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
