Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Verify and record inventory levels, updating systems to reflect real-time stock movements.
- Coordinate with transport teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Perform quality checks on products to identify and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and labels for outbound deliveries.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any logistical issues or delays.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required by the role.
